In 2011,E-Rex Mould produced more than 300 sets moulds,annual volume reach up more than 30000000RMB.We made PVC/PPR fitting moulds for foreign customers,and made large quantity electrifusion fitting moulds for domestic market.
In the last half year of 2011,our sample room filled in many new mold trial samples,which including many drainage/sewage fitting mould samples and less PP-R fitting mould samples. Regarding PVC fitting moulds,we made many drainage fitting moulds,such as Tee fitting mould, socket fitting mould,elbow fitting mould,cross fitting mould,union mould,etc.Regarding PP-R fitting moulds,we mainly made PP-R elbow(including 90 degree elbow and 45 degree elbow),PP-R socket,PP-R female/male coupling mould,etc.
The main type of fitting mould instrouction made by E-Rex is collapsible core pulling,screwing pulling and revolving pulling.
 The below pictures show 2012 sample room. Most fitting mould trial samples are all made in the whole 2011.
